According to the available information, the effect of Drovelis is 24 hours, so there is a risk that although taking these drugs will be separated, the interaction between the drugs will still occur. As there are also contraceptive preparations that do not contain estrogenic components, perhaps one of the preparations of this type would show the expected effectiveness in you. The decision to change the drug used should be made by a gynecologist, so it would be advisable to go to your gynecologist for a possible modification of therapy.

Thank you for your reply. And if I take drovelis in the morning, and proursan and glucophage XR in the evening, this interaction will also be?

According to available sources, there are some interactions during the combined use of the drugs Drovelis, Proursan and a drug containing metformin. The data show that the estrogenic part of Drovelis may increase the secretion of cholesterol from the liver, which may stimulate the onset of cholelithiasis and thus act in opposition to Proursan. This may result in a lack of effectiveness of therapy to prevent the formation of cholelithiasis. More information about the formation of cholelithiasis and drugs used in its therapy can be read in the article linked below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-kamice-zolciowa
