What multiphase contraceptive pills other than Qlaira are available?

Hello, so far I have used milvane contraception, which disappeared from the market. 2 component single-phase tablets do not serve me much better I tolerate multiphase. The doctor has now prescribed me qlaira but unfortunately after 5 months there are spotting and other inconveniences. What other choice do I have among multiphase tablets preferably composition close to milvane or other than qlaira

To the best of my knowledge, Qlaira is currently the only option for multiphase contraceptive pills. Until recently, Triquilar was still on sale, but we have information from the manufacturer that Bayer has decided to stop selling Triquilar in Poland.
