Good morning. I would like to ask about the prescription drug STRUCTUM. I take it for knee degeneration. You can't get it anywhere what's going on. Is there perhaps a replacement for it. Please inform me on this matter With respect ....

To @Aga: The Pharmaceutical Law does not provide for a refund by the pharmacy for returning a withdrawn drug. If you have a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), then you can make a return at the pharmacy where the drug was bought and the pharmacy employee will return the drug to the wholesaler, the wholesaler will report to the manufacturer. If the complaint is accepted, then you will receive a refund. The case can also be directed independently - directly to the manufacturer of the drug.
I just read that this drug has been withdrawn from pharmacies and will no longer be on sale. It was written that it can be given to the pharmacy but will you get the money spent for this specific?

Z O. O. we received information that further deliveries of the drug are planned for the second half of July https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89651/cartexan-kapsulki/apteki this year.
