Can Ginoring cause weight gain or fluid retention in the body?

Hello, can Ginoring cause weight gain? Alternatively, water retention in the body? Before starting contraception with a disc, I have never had a problem with weight while using the disc I have the impression that even losing 1kg is a great feat. I will only add that my lifestyle before wearing and now has not changed, I do not exceed the daily dose of calories.
