Burning in the chest is an uncharacteristic symptom that can indicate many medical conditions. The source of ailments can be both diseases of the digestive system, circulatory or respiratory system disorders, as well as mental disorders such as neurosis. According to the Safety Data Sheet, the risk of harmfulness of a single, even high dose of Metypred and a short course of treatment is low. I also do not find information about this in the Characteristics of Kalipoz. So I encourage you to continue the prescribed therapy. However, if you are concerned about the effects of the prescribed medications, and the symptoms are suitable for persisting, it is best to talk about this topic with the attending physician familiar in detail with your current state of health.
