Yes, you can take Structum with meals. According to current literature, there is no information indicating that the drug interacts with food.

Interaction studies of chondroitin sulfate with other drugs have not been conducted. So it is best to make a time interval between one and another preparation. Usually, the dosage of Structum is 1 capsule. 2 times a day. The capsules should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. There is no scientific evidence for the positive effects of chondroitin sulfate in children and adolescents aged 0 to 18 years - it should only be used in adults (over 18 years).
