Is it possible to get pregnant with the Kyleen IUD?
Good morning. From March 2021 I have put on a Klyeene insole. I wanted to ask if with this type of insole there is a possibility of getting pregnant. I will add that for three months I have not had menstruation and the pregnancy tests that I did show one line, i.e. that I am not pregnant. Yours sincerely

An intrauterine system such as Kyleena is a very effective method of preventing pregnancy. The probability of pregnancy exists, but it is small. In some women, when using the Kyleena system, menstruation may not occur, despite the absence of pregnancy. According to the drug documentation: "If there has been no menstruation for 6 weeks and the patient has doubts, she may consider taking a pregnancy test. If the result is negative, there is no need for other tests unless other symptoms of pregnancy appear."
