What time should I remove the Nuvaring disc if I put it on with a 10h delay?
I set up a Nuvaring disc with a 10-hour delay. (I always put on and took out on Monday at 9.00 ) Instead of 9.00 in the morning on Monday I set up at 19.00 . Should I take the disc out after three weeks on Monday at 9.00 or at 19.00?

In both cases (removing the disc at 9:00 or 19:00), the contraceptive protection of the disc will be preserved. It is important that after a 7-day break, the next album should be set up at an hour close to the one you decide to do now.
