And I did the beta blood 7 days after the date of my planned period

Yes, if more than 10 days have passed since intercourse, the result will already be reliable.

If your cycles have been regular so far, and you are a few days after the date of menstruation, then a blood test (laboratory test for the level of chorionic gonadotropin) can be performed at any time. Such an examination should already detect a possible pregnancy.
