Good morning. I have a question - I should remove the patch on Saturday and get the period on Monday. And the period I got yesterday (26.05) so I have to remove the patch now or only tomorrow? How to treat it now? I've never had an irregular period.

The patch had to be removed as always, i.e. on Saturday. When using hormonal contraception, there is no typical menstruation, and withdrawal bleeding, caused by a break in taking hormones (7-day break without a patch). Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs within 2-3 days of removing the last patch in the cycle. If bleeding or spotting occurs while the patch is sticky, this is probably an adverse reaction of the drug or it means that the patch has not been used correctly. If the patch was glued correctly, then there is probably no reason to worry. Mid-cycle bleeding can occur, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. This does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. If irregular bleeding will be repeated, then it is worth consulting a gynecologist and doing check-ups.
