What's more, the optimal doses of Iporel for you are usually between 300 μg and 1200 μg per day. One tablet contains 75 μg of the active substance of the drug, which means that taking one or half tablets a day may not be enough to control the disease. I have to take Iporel 2x a day but in the evening I was very much lowered by RR and I was 79/49 if I can reduce the dose, take 1x a day to divide the tabl. in half.
