If I mistakenly took a placebo instead of the 21st tablet, can I continue to take the placebo and be protected?

Good morning, today I unintentionally took a placebo pill instead of active, it was the last active one, i.e. I took 20 active in a month instead of 21. If I have already started a placebo and bleeding occurs, I am still protected after menstruation. Apart from just one active tablet from the whole blister?

Yes, you are still secured. Now use the placebo tablets for 7 days, including the day you miss the active tablet, and then start a new blister. It is important that the interval between the last active tablet (20th) and the first tablet from the new blister is not longer than 7 days - then the protection will be maintained and there is no need to use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom.
