If I had sex the day before skipping the pill, is it a risk of pregnancy?
Pominelam tablet No. 18 Orlifique I realized after 18 hours I took a forgotten tablet and 6 hours later another at a fixed time. Yes, considering that it was the 18th tablet (sorry, I missed this information in the question) you did the right thing. According to the leaflet of the drug: "If the delay in taking the tablet exceeds 12 hours, the degree of protection against pregnancy may decrease." I would also like to point out that it is not that suddenly the protection is not preserved at all. It simply increases the risk that contraception may fail. Even the correct use of tablets does not give 100% protection against pregnancy. In the case of intercourse so shortly before skipping the tablet, an additional factor of increased risk is that sperm can survive in the genital tract of the woman and fertilization can occur after a while. This risk is small and mainly concerns the missed tablets from 1 week.

A bit strange because I followed the leaflet attached to the package and did not cooperate for a week where they recommended additional protection. 3 years I take pills and skip 1 can suddenly unlock everything? I know it could be dangerous in the first week after the break al at the very end? I have 2 tablets left to the end also I just had to wait for the bleeding from withdrawal ... and if I skipped in the 2nd week and also earlier cooperated? Because I also managed to do it and I took 2 tablets at the same time and continued the packaging..

In the event that intercourse took place the day before the missed tablet from the first week, there is an increased risk of contraceptive failure. In this case, it is not recommended to skip the break, because the occurrence of withdrawal bleeding may indicate whether fertilization has occurred. If no bleeding occurs, a pregnancy test should be performed before starting the next pack of tablets.
