And is it confirmed that if I do not put the ring on the day of menstruation, I will be protected from the next one? I am after the cesarean and I have concerns that it will be 100% :)

If you use a contraceptive disc (e.g. Ginoring) between the 2nd and 5th day of the cycle, full contraceptive protection is provided after at least 7 consecutive days. However, due to the unspecified effectiveness of contraception when using a disc on another day of the cycle, it is recommended to use an additional contraceptive method until the end of the first cycle. It is considered that effective contraception is provided only from the next package. No efficacy studies shall be conducted in such cases. Contraceptive protection results from the mechanism of action of the disc (m.in inhibition of ovulation). If you are worried about the effectiveness of the disc, I encourage you to start using it in accordance with the leaflet, i.e. on the 1st day of menstrual bleeding. In this case, contraceptive protection is provided from day 1: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96195/ginoring-przyrzad/ulotka/244491 Until bleeding occurs, I encourage you to use another, non-hormonal method of contraception.
