Hello. I have been taking vixpo birth control pills for about a year. In January of this year, I had intercourse. Since then, there have been three normal withdrawal bleedings. Last month, unfortunately, about a week before the bleeding, there was a slight spotting. It continued until the withdrawal bleeding, which occurred normally. There was no withdrawal bleeding this month. Does this mean I can be pregnant?

Pregnancy is rather impossible, since there have been three normal withdrawal bleedings and you have not been sexually active since January. In addition, you would be in the fifth month, it would be difficult to "miss" it. Withdrawal bleeding may sometimes not occur despite the absence of pregnancy. If you are concerned - please take a pregnancy test. Disorders in the bleeding profile, including mid-cycle spotting (that is, at a time other than the "withdrawal" time), it is recommended to consult a gynecologist if they appear after several months of trouble-free use of the drug.
