Can Nimesil help me with stomach pains under the left rib?

Nimesil is issued with a doctor's prescription and should only be used for those pains for which it has been ordered. If you want to use Nimesil "on your own", it is not a suitable medication for undiagnosed stomach pain under the left rib. Pain on the left side, under the rib can be provoked by diseases of the stomach, spleen, pancreas, may appear after injury, as a result of shingles neuralgia or as intercostal neuralgia.
