What good medicine to choose for difficulty falling asleep and waking up several times at night?

I have trouble sleeping - having difficulty falling asleep, waking up several times at night. What drug to choose for it - relatively cheap and without a prescription, so that it does not irritate the stomach, is not diuretic and does not interfere with driving a car, does not get into a collision with the following drugs. I am currently taking such drugs: acard, biosotal, prestarium, apo-tamis, apo-fina and magne B6

For @zibi: Yes, melatonin can be used with the listed medications. The dose depends on the type of sleep disorder and age. For people over 55 years of age with sleep disorders or problems with poor sleep quality, it may be beneficial to initially use melatonin at a dose of 5 mg one hour before bedtime. Melatonin should be taken regularly because it regulates the biological clock - improvement may be visible even after 2-3 weeks of regular use.

Unfortunately, most drugs used to treat sleep disorders can impair psychophysical fitness and the ability to drive. After taking them, you should not drive a car. Over-the-counter herbal medicines (e.g. valerian, lemon balm, passion fruit, hops) have little effect on psychomotor abilities, but do not recommend driving for 7-8 hours after taking the drug. A pharmacist within his competence can offer over-the-counter preparations, which we wrote about here: Melatonin - works great for people who have shift work, or change time zones and for people over 55 years of age https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/47918/melatonina-lek-am-tabletki/apteki?pvid=98257#internetowe Valused Noc Plus - reduces states of emotional tension and helps in problems with falling asleep. The preparation contains herbal ingredients that have a calming effect m.in valerian extract, hop cones and passion fruit herb. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97369/valused-noc-plus-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Dorminox - an antihistamine drug that has found application in the short-term treatment of insomnia. It can be used up to 7 days. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/114026/dorminox-tabletki-powlekane/apteki None of the drugs listed above cause any harmful drug interactions with the drugs you are asking about.
