Is there anything wrong if I have a very stingy period with Ginoring?

I use the ginoring disc from December to March I had a total normal period lasted up to three days and was medium abundant now suddenly it is so stingy as if I have a period but you can see how I pee and on the podoasce not really if it is something bad is happening please help.

Sometimes, when using hormonal contraception, bleeding may be less abundant than before or very scarce. Sometimes it may not occur at all. If withdrawal bleeding did not occur on time, but the patient used Ginoring as directed and did not use other medications at that time, the likelihood of pregnancy is very small. According to the package leaflet: "Continue to use Ginoring as before. However, if withdrawal bleeding does not occur twice in a row, there is a likelihood of pregnancy. Contact your doctor as soon as possible. Do not wear a new Ginoring system until your doctor is sure you are not pregnant." If the disc was used correctly, then, most likely, there is no cause for concern. I enclose additional information:
