Should I be worried if, after discontinuing the Ginoring disc, menstruation did not occur on the expected date?

Hi I would like to know if the amenorrhea is a normal pregnancy test made a negative result and so I started using the disc on March 5 (the first day of the month) March 25 break and for this whole period were dark-blooded spotting after removal disappeared for personal reasons I stopped using and to this day on April 27 amenorrhea I will add that I am 4 months after giving birth method cc
