If my platelet levels drop, should I stop taking Elicea?

Hello, half a year ago on routine blood tests my platelet count was 194 thousand. For more than two months I have been taking Elicea after 1 tablet of 5 mg, a month ago in the results of morphology I had a platelet count below normal (127 thousand), recently I repeated the tests and the plates flew down even more (101 thousand). In such a situation, will I be forced to stop treatment with Escitalopram?

The observed side effect of treatment should be presented to the doctor. The specialist will decide on further proceedings. You may need to change your treatment. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
