I took Nasen 10mg and did not fall asleep I felt strangely irritable, the first time it happened and recently I often took half a pill or the whole and never happened to me so which could have been the cause

Perhaps tolerance to the dose of the drug has been created, which has weakened the healing effect. According to the manufacturer: "The duration of treatment is from a few days to 2 weeks, up to a maximum of 4 weeks."
