Is it possible to combine Sylimarol with Nexpram?

Hello, I have been using nexpram for 4 months. Can I start taking Sylimarol using this medicine to keep my liver in better shape? Do they not interact?

Milk thistle extract (a component of Sylimarol) has the potential to inhibit the activity of isoenzymes responsible for metabolism, m.in antidepressants (including Nexpram) and thus lead to an increase in their concentration in the body and the opposite of the intended effect, i.e. greater harm to the liver. This effect has not been conclusively confirmed in clinical trials, but if this is not necessary, I would not recommend including Sylimarol while taking Nexpram.
