Could Strepsils have sensitized me so much?

Could taking two tablets with an interval of about 3-4 hours cause a strong allergic reaction - hives, tongue and eye coverings? So far I have had several times in my life an attack of urticaria alone, it is not known from what, on Wednesday after taking two lozenges there was such a strong reaction

Yes, medications can sensitize and cause severe allergic reactions - perhaps Strepsils contains an ingredient that has worked for you. Please do not use this medicine anymore and observe your body - if you have another strong allergic reaction, please go to the hospital.

I'm allergic. On the journey, I started to have a sore throat, strepsils with honey and lemon, one, then another. After a while, I felt that something was happening. When I arrived at the hotel, my lips and tongue were terribly swollen, and my speech was slurred. (I took a picture at the time, but I recently deleted it, it was nasty.)
The next day I went to the pharmacy, I was given clemastine and compresses, cool. Angioedema. The manufacturer of Renckits Benkiser should warn against allergies.

Strepsils with honey and lemon caused me allergic symptoms, fortunately much weaker than those I have after aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Swelling and itching of the eyelids. I don't know which ingredient is sensitizing, but I've heard of several people who have reacted similarly. I strongly advise against the use of Strepsils, all types and flavors.
