Hello. I started using Vixpo tablets on the first day of the cycle, the 9th day has already passed and I still have my period. Is this normal? When can this end?

Yes, this is normal. When you start using birth control pills, the bleeding may be prolonged, may not occur at all or may be scanty - there is no rule for this. I think that within a few days the situation should normalize. If this does not happen, and the bleeding begins to intensify and continues - please seek medical advice, so far there is no cause for concern.
