Most likely, you are experiencing mid-cycle spotting. According to the drug documentation: "During the first few months of taking Vines, there may be unexpected bleeding (bleeding outside the period of taking placebo tablets). If such bleeding persists for more than a few months or if it starts after a few months, the doctor should investigate the cause." I attach a video that can be helpful:
