I do not find such products as "fimitonin" and "Clima Forte". You probably have in mind the product Femitonina and Climea Forte. If so, please read on. Femitonin is a combination of soy and red clover isoflavones, which are supposed to relieve menopausal symptoms with ingredients that are supposed to make it easier to fall asleep, such as melatonin and hop cones extract. Take 1 tablet of Phoenitonin immediately before going to bed. Climea Forte also contains soy isoflavones and hop cones extract plus selected vitamins and minerals and is also intended for menopausal patients. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet twice a day. The product should not be used for more than 6 months without consulting a doctor. The use of two different dietary supplements, with the same indications and with similar ingredients is, in my opinion, unjustified. If you suffer from ailments related to menopause, I suggest choosing one product that is designed to supplement you with isoflavones and use it in a manner consistent with the recommendations from the packaging. Supplements can be combined, but in a rational way, without duplicating the ingredients. The warning on the Climea Forte leaflet is related to the fact that if the symptoms of menopause persist for more than half a year, the patient should consult a gynecologist and not change the preparation to another one.
