Due to the fact that all the drugs you are asking about are subject to prescription, therefore the legitimacy and need for their use in therapy is assessed by the doctor. Do not use these preparations without consulting a doctor. Cyclonamine should not cause any adverse drug interactions between the preparations, but the combination of Symescital and Trazodone should be used with caution. The combined use of these drugs may be therapeutically beneficial, the patient should be closely monitored for signs of toxicity during the use of the combination. Concomitant use of Symescital with trazodone may result in addiotonergic effects and/or cardiotoxicity. Bradycardia has been reported with low doses of trazodone and citalopram. The study showed a 28% increase in trazodone concentration compared to the administered dose with parallel administration of trazodone and Symescital. What's more, both drugs can cause QT prolongation and torsade de pointes (TdP) tachycardia. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). These drugs should be used very carefully under strict medical supervision. Therefore, if you observe this type of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on this basis about further proceedings.
