If you have insomnia and anxiety after stopping Existent, can you take any herbal medicines or Melatonin?
If there are side effects (insomnia, feeling of anxiety) after discontinuation of the drug Existent, can you take any medication to relieve yourself? E.g. melatonin or some herbal supplements? Isn't this recommended?

Up to @karolinak: Symptoms of so-called withdrawal syndrome can last up to 3 weeks. Usually they gradually lose their intensity.

The drug was discontinued as directed by the doctor, who has so far recommended only psychological therapy. The drug was taken half a year 75mgx2 then 150x2, 75x2). How long does it take for side effects to disappear?

The symptoms described may be caused by stopping The Existant too suddenly. This drug should be discontinued gradually, at least over one week.
