Yes, Asertin is an effective drug used in the therapy of anxiety disorders, including those manifested by a sense of unreality of the surrounding world or oneself (depersonalization and derealization). The first effects of treatment are observed after about 10-14 days from the start of therapy. However, the full effect is achievable after a longer time - even 3 weeks or more.
