The block of the left branch of the bundle Hisa does not constitute a contraindication to the use of telmizek and Lecalpin drugs. These drugs will not "aggravate" the disease, and may inhibit the symptoms of the underlying disease - that is, most likely in your case of hypertension. In this case, Telmizek and Lecalpin are a good combination.
