Is it possible to combine escitalopram and naltrexone?
Hey. I treat depression with Escilatopram 10mg. In addition, I got Nalex in order to refrain from drinking alcohol. Generally cool just I can not sleep and after the first tablet I had a slight hallucinations.. trembling hands, visual disturbances, I felt like on some high and I just do not take drugs and I have never used. Should I combine these two drugs? Both islanded by the same psychiatrist ??

There were no interactions between escitalopram and naltrexone contained in Naltex that could adversely affect the efficacy and safety of their use. If both drugs were prescribed by the same specialist, please follow his recommendations. Among the side effects of escitalopram and naltrexone, m.in sleep disorders are mentioned. It is possible that the ailments described by you are related to their use. If the disorders do not go away, and their severity will negatively affect everyday functioning, I recommend consulting a doctor. It may be necessary to modify the therapy.
