Yasminelle tablets do not have to be taken at the same time at all times. The tablet should be taken every day, at about the same time. If you want to take the drug at 22 you can take a range of hours 20-24. Hydroxyzine and alcohol do not affect the effectiveness of the tablets. Marijuana, on the other hand, may reduce the effectiveness of oral hormonal contraception.
