Good morning, I started taking macmiror complex 500 globules. On the 3rd day of admission there was bleeding. In addition, I take hormonal contraception, I should get withdrawal bleeding only in a week. What can be caused by this bleeding after the globules? I've taken them before and there was nothing like that. Should I discontinue them or continue therapies? Best regards.

In the Summary of Product Characteristics, among the adverse reactions of this medicine, only burning, itching and possible hypersensitivity are described. Therefore, any bleeding from the genital tract of unknown cause requires contact with a doctor. The specialist will decide whether it is necessary to discontinue the drug. These globules also do not affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception, so the observed bleeding should not be combined with a decrease in contraceptive protection.
