Yes, there is a risk that Ginkofar forte and Acard will interact with an increased risk of bleeding. It is described in the leaflet, along with a warning to the patient. The risk of bleeding or petechiae is due to the fact that both products act on platelets. Ginkgo biloba extract contains gincogolide B, which inhibits platelet activating factor (PAF). Ginkgolides reduce platelet activation and aggregation. Acetylsalicylic acid (a component of Acard) inhibits platelet aggregation. The validity of the use of both medicines should be verified with a doctor. In general, preparations with acetylsalicylic acid (such as Acard) are "intended for long-term, prophylactic use in diseases that threaten the formation of blood clots and blockages in blood vessels". Since I do not know your health situation and the circumstances in which you started using these drugs, it is difficult for me to advise in this regard.
