Does the use of the Mirena IUD increase the risk of breast cancer?

Hi I have a Mirena hormonal IUD and I would like to know if there is an increased risk of breast cancer using an IUD?

As the study shows, "In one study, Mirena increased her risk of breast cancer by about 20%, while in other studies, no such increase in risk was observed." Because breast cancer is rare in women under the age of 40, the increased incidence of breast cancer in women currently or in the past using contraceptives is small relative to the overall risk of developing breast cancer. The Mirena IUD seems to be a safer alternative in this aspect than two-component oral hormonal contraception.
