I have been taking Paxtin 20 for 5 years. I gained weight and generally often have anxiety. With earlier medications, e.g. Elicea, Nexpram, I functioned better. Unfortunately, when the doctor changed me Paxtin to Nexpram, I felt very unwell and had to go back to Paxtin. Is there any way to change this remedy to another?

The content of the question shows that you are not fully satisfied with the effects of treatment with Paxtin. In such a situation, you should always report any doubts to the attending physician. In general, there is no reason why it would be impossible to switch from Paxtin to another medicine. Such a change, if he deems it appropriate, may only be made by the attending physician. I encourage you to contact your doctor and give him your doubts about the current treatment. I encourage you to read the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
