Good morning what if I take evening primrose oil all the time for 3 tablets a day it affects my fertility improvement or harms?

If you mean evening primrose oil, available sources say that in order to improve the quality of mucus, it should be used from the onset of menstruation to ovulation, i.e. in the first phase of the cycle.
