How to start the second pack of Vines?

I use vines contraceptive pills or for 24 they are active pills 4 next is a placebo so for 28 days I take every day one and on the 29th day I have to take the first tablet from a new blister?

Yes, immediately after the end of a given blister (taking all the tablets in the 24+4 scheme) you start a new blister the next day, starting with active tablets. According to the leaflet Vines: "Be careful not to confuse the tablets: for the first 24 days you should use a yellow tablet, and for the last 4 days a green tablet. Then you should immediately start taking the tablets from the next blister (24 yellow tablets and 4 green tablets). There is therefore no pause in taking the tablets between blister packs."
