Pyralgina does not impair the effectiveness of Atywia Daily contraceptive pills. These drugs can be combined with each other. Adults and adolescents aged 15 years or more (>53 kg) may be given a maximum of 1000 mg metamizole in a single dose no more than 4 times a day at intervals of 6 to 8 hours, corresponding to a maximum daily dose of 4000 mg.
