So far, no increase in the frequency of urinary tract infections has been reported after inserting the Kyleen IUD: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95362/kyleena-przyrzad/ulotka/238361 I encourage you to perform urine culture, which will allow you to choose effective pharmacotherapy and perhaps reduce the likelihood of another infection. I will add that before putting on the Kylen insert I did not have such a problem. When put on, the urinary infection returns. I have not observed and do not feel discomfort associated with intimate infection.
