Hello, I do not take placebo pills however for a year I have been regularly taking Orlifique for 21 days. Then 7 days break And again. Recently I was not in shape, and the period without pills was longer, i.e. I did not take anything about 11 days. On the 12th day I took the first two-component tablet, after about 12 hours I had unprotected intercourse. What is the risk of getting pregnant?

If, after seven days of break, you have not started another Orlifique blister in a timely manner, contraceptive protection has not been maintained and the risk of pregnancy is real (much greater than with the correct use of contraception), but it is not possible to estimate it in percentage, because fertility is an individually variable issue. If more than 12 hours have passed since skipping the tablet, protection against pregnancy may be reduced. The more pills the patient missed, the greater the risk of becoming pregnant. The risk is greatest if the patient has forgotten to take the pink tablet at the beginning or end of the blister. Your case is a situation as if you "forgot" to take as many as the first four tablets (assuming that you did not take anything for 11 days, because it is not clear from your entry whether you are sure of that time or not). I suggest you quickly contact your doctor. I enclose additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
