Can I remove the disc every day for less than 3 hours?
I have a question from nose ginoring, if my partner is bothered by his presence in the vagina, can I take it out every day? Of course, not exceeding 3h? Does it reduce its effectiveness or is it still the same?

You can remove the Ginoring disc for the duration of intercourse for no more than 3 hours. Such a practice does not affect its effectiveness. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/seks-i-zdrowie-intymne
