Hello, I take dulsevie and trittico for the night. For two days I have increased the dose of dulsevi to 60 mg as directed by my doctor. However, yesterday and today I have an elevated heart rate. The heart beats fast, with little effort it feels like after a run. Diastolic pressure is elevated. Are these side effects of increasing the dose? Will it pass this state?
