Does it make sense to take an extra birth control pill if I took the pill at 9:30 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I was in the toilet several times?

Does it make sense to take an extra pill if I took the pill at 9:30 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to about 1 p.m. I was on the toilet several times? Apparently, the tablet is absorbed 4 hours, but through these few loose stools my body could "get rid of" these hormones? Is spotting/bleeding (hard to say for now) during the second pack of Drovelis (3 weeks) along with lower abdominal pain a normal phenomenon?

No, it does not make the slightest sense to take an extra birth control pill if you were on the toilet from 8:00 to 13:00 and you took the pill the day before. As you rightly pointed out - the tablet is absorbed up to a maximum of 4 hours (usually it is 1-2 hours), and so the body can not get rid of hormones that are already in the blood along with the stool. Yes, spotting/bleeding with lower abdominal pain during the second pack of Drovelis is normal. I wrote about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/app/opinie-i-pytania/42078/vines-czy-to-normalne-ze-bol-piersi-nasila-sie-przed-krwawieniem-z-odstawienia
