Drugs such as Escitil have a long-term effect. In order for the patient to notice the full effect of drugs containing escitalopram - the active substance of the drug Escitil, it takes 2-3 weeks of regular use, sometimes longer, and the initial period of therapy may be associated with the occurrence of side effects (as was the case in your case). Usually, their severity and incidence decrease vases with continued treatment. Any modifications to the therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician familiar with your state of health in detail. I enclose a description of the preparation that you are taking: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/27592/escitil-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/197874 I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/zaburzenia-lekowe-nerwica https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/choroby-psychiczne-i-zaburzenia-psychologiczne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-poradzic-sobie-z-nerwica
