For @Martyna: Yes, you can start using Levomine after a 7-day interval after taking the last Levomine Mini tablet. However, if the doctor's replacement of the medicine was not intentional (e.g. it could have been a mistake), then he should be contacted immediately.
I have just the same thing, I have been taking levomine mini for several months, and now I got levomine, or after a 7-day break I have no problem taking levomine?

Levomine and Levomine Mini are different drugs - they contain the same active substances, but in different dosages and can not be dispensed from the pharmacy interchangeably. Yes, there may be side effects of such a change of tablets, e.g. mid-cycle spotting or others. If you had Levomine Mini on your prescription and your pharmacist issued Levomine, this is a mistake that should not have happened. In this case, you should return to the pharmacy and receive the right preparation. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow
