Should I use Balara intermittently?

Good morning, I am taking Belar's contraception. At the moment it accepts 3 pack. Previously, I used Drosfemine for a year with 7 day breaks. Belare the doctor told me to take without interruptions. I read that a maximum of 3 packages can be taken without taking breaks. What to do next in this case. Use the next package with a break or still without? I am afraid of losing the effectiveness of tablets.
