No, it doesn't work right away. It is best to start taking Dionelle tablets on the 1st day of the natural menstrual cycle (i.e. on the first day of menstrual bleeding). If the patient took the first tablet between the 2nd and 5th day of the menstrual cycle, then during the first cycle for the first 7 days of taking the tablets, it is recommended to use additional mechanical contraception - for example, a condom.
