After about 15 minutes of taking the Nimesil sachet, the body became red, itchy and every now and then cold once again and hot, what could be the reason for this?
With menstrual pains, I have been taking one sachet for about half a year and it goes through pain. Today I also took the drug and after about 15 minutes the whole body turned red, literally everything itched me and every now and then once cold and hot. It passed after about an hour. What could be the reason for this?

It is difficult to assess this without knowing your medical records. You did not write whether you use other drugs, what other diseases you suffer from, whether the preparation used had a good expiration date, etc. I would not combine this with the administration of Nimesil, because according to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the maximum plasma concentration is obtained after 2-3 hours, after a single dose of 100 mg: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/53354/nimesil-granulat-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/ulotka/82810 Due to the fact that the symptoms disappeared before the drug began to work for good, it is rather unrelated. If the situation repeats itself, I encourage you to consult your doctor to exclude allergies or hypersensitivity to NPLZ drugs.
