Could blood in the stool be a side effect of taking Propranolol and Omeprazole?
Hi, when taking tablets Propranolol 160 mg and omeprazole 40mg can you pass stool with blood?I mean if it can be a side effect.?

Blood in the stool is never a normal symptom, this fact should prompt you to immediately contact the attending physician. However, I would not associate this with the use of the above-mentioned drugs. Mostly it indicates one of the many diseases of the digestive system, perhaps an exacerbation of peptic ulcer disease. It is difficult to assess this without knowing your medical records. Propranolol is not present in a dose of 160mg, did you want to ask about another drug?
